All faculty, staff, administrators, students, and alumni of Los Angeles Community College District and community partners are eligible to join the Black Faculty & Staff Association.

When you join the BFSA, you not only acknowledge that you are part of a larger, global community of sisters and brothers working on college campuses, but your membership also affords you access to numerous benefits such as mentorship, exclusive discounts, and a suite of engagement opportunities to keep you connected with the community and with one another.

There shall be no membership discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, or sexual orientation.  The BFSA reserves the right to accept or reject applications when deemed to be in the interest of the organization.  The BFSA reserves the right to eject any member who does not co-exist with the professionalism, goals, and standards of the association.
